So yeah I got WHM to 75, now to get it fully merited and to 80. Now since I have nothing else worth blogging.

Abyssea and Trial of the Magians.

So yeah, the newest expansion of Final Fantasy XI, Visions of Abyssea has launched and I must say that it is AWESOME. Not just awesome but JAWESOME. 50-60k/hr parties, awesome NM's and drops. Probably THE best expansion for FFXI in a long time. Anyway, I've been leveling my jobs to 80, except BLM. I've also started leveling WHM. I went in as a level 45 WHM to open chests for the group and ended up getting level 65 in about 5 hours.

Also there are tons of NM's to fight inside Abyssea. One of the ones we fought was a tiny Mandragora NM Cacagaunah or w/e. Drops a pretty sweet ammo piece called the Thew Bomblet STR+2 Attack +8 for my MNK SAM and DNC. Also we're going to be going after another NM tonight called Cuelebre. Drops the Auric Dagger, Enhanced "Dual Wield" for DNC, pretty sick.

Anyway been starting to do Limbus with peeps from my LS. Its been going well, working on an Ultima and an Omega chipset and so on.

But yeah, I'm gonna continue to work on WHM. Hope to be 80 soon :). Also Nyzul has been going pretty good, almost gotten everything I've wanted from it. That's all for today. Will blog laters.

Changes, Changes Everywhere!

Why hello there! Been quite some time since I laid down a smooth track of words, ideas, and general musings.

Life and FFXI have been all over the place. I guess the best place to start would be a recap of events. Bare with me if some of this has already been said and if it seems like too much ranting.

1. Don't know if it has been said before but around March I left my job at Target. No two weeks notice (which I am apparently notorious for doing) just stopped showing up. Of course my parents chewed my ass out for it and over the next couple of weeks the usual phrase was, "Where have you applied at today Ryan?" Now I was only unemployed for about a month and a half roughly. Funny thing was my friend Jason had recently quit Olive Garden, and my other friend Ty (Atlanray) was fired from his job at Wal-mart.So we were basically chilling playing Final Fantasy all day. As fun as it was I really needed to get a job (mainly to support my crack habit). Ty eventually found a job at the local Lowe's hardware store, and Jason got hired to work at the local call-center Sitel.
2. Which brings me to point number 2. After many applications and no call backs, I was starting to lose hope. Eventually, thanks to the help of my mom's co-workers boyfriend, I got an interview at a local business called ElectricRider. After talking to the owner I started a position the following Wednesday.
3. So I started working there, assembling electric bike kits (or E-bikes hurr durr) and doing other *cough* morally gray *cough* activities. I seemed to be getting along quite well there, until I learned more about a cunt ass bitch named Angela. She was quite the piece of work, like a traffic accident you try to view from afar but don't want to get to close to lest you see something nasty. Now I normally don't try to judge people immediately but I could tell just from talking to her that she was someone that you just don't like. Unfortunately sometimes I would have to sit next to her for hours at a time when I was doing my work. Inevitably this led to idle conversation. She told me about her alcoholic daughter and her hopes of becoming a pharmacist. She told me how she had hyperthyroidism or whatever the fuck that made her feel really cold all the time. Yeah right bitch it was probably the fact that you're a cold blooded SNAKE. She told me how she used to be and I'm not shitting: a prison guard, a waiter, a construction worker, a rancher, a stripper, a spy, a cat, a city worker, a tornado inspector, a Kit-Kat, yadda yadda yadda. Ok maybe I'm exaggerating just a LITTLE bit, honestly I hardly paid attention to the whore. Maybe I'm being a bit harsh, but this brings me to #4... Why the fuck did I number these to begin with?
4. Angela is one of the reasons I lost that job. Yes I lost that job. Yes I had only worked there for a month and a half. Yes I mad. Yes I did something for revenge. Yes I drank the last beer. Anyway, I knew something was up with Angela when after work I was talking to my mother. She said that Mike (my boss) was told by Angela that she asked me to do something and THAT I FLAT OUT SAID NO. Now I'm not the kind of guy to do that, especially only a couple of weeks into a new job. Why the fuck would I do that. If ANYONE had asked me to jump I would have just said "How high?" So obviously I knew she was a lying bitch and was trying to get me in trouble. So being the new guy and her working there longer, she was naturally given more credibility. This unfortunately went on longer, and last week I was told I was being let go. I just nodded, said it was a pleasure and left. But in the back of my head I was going "oh theses fuckers are going to paaaaay."
5. So my means of LEGAL revenge? Remember that "morally gray" work I did there? It was packing of K2, a synthetic form of THC or marijuana. Well I just happened to know that our local police force was actively looking for places in town where it was packaged. I also just happened to find myself at the online form for anonymous tips to police. While it technically is still legal, I knew it would be bad for their business at least to have the cops show up. I also just happened to write letters to my state congress outlining reason for K2 banning in Texas. And since I know that K2 accounts for about 60% of their daily business, I knew that they would be hurting. Maybe not now, but later, and thats all I need.

A Culmination of Events, An Ode to Friends

Yeah...but it wasn't as poetic as I thought. But it was a very exciting thing! The gates of heaven opened forth released a tidal wave of joy and jubilation. The earth split asunder revealing a deep chasm over twenty miles across that belched fire. Time seemingly froze, as everyone stood jaws wide open. Then I farted and had to sleep shit.

So yeah, that journey has finally come to a close. Onward and upward I say. The coolest part though is now Senseireborn (Shawn) is now first in line for the hat.
But...
We were scheduled to do Dynamis-Xarcabard this Saturday but at the last moment we had to change to Dynamis-Jeuno.

Interesting happenings in Nyzul Isle. As you know we cleared floor 100 for Senseireborn and Antzy. So now we've been doing alot of armor floors (20,40,60,80,100). I got my Goliard body, but Shawn lost bids on both Goliard feet and another Goliard Body. He's had some tough luck lately. I have to commend him, he is quite the trooper. He just needs to stick to it and soon he too will be the treasure tramp.

Another great thing happened since the last time I blogged. We completed A Shantotto Ascension! It was a weekday evening, very very late, but we decided to go collect the tablets of hexes. Jason decided to join us out of good will. After awhile we just said "fuck it" and decided we were going to do the fight too. It was pretty much midnight before we were ready to enter the fight. At first things looked bleak but as we progressed we started to gain confidence, and with a final push the last Shantotto fell.

I would like to take this time to thank all my friends. Jason, Shawn, Ty, Vince and all the others. Thanks for putting up with me. I know I can be one of the most annoying, childish, douchbaggiest(lolty) people around but you guys tolerate me so much. I just want to say thanks for being there for moments like this. :D

Well the update has hit, and we're now on Cerberus Server. Overall they seem like nice people and I have acquainted myself with a couple already. Some of my friends have been forced to change their names. Arlenz is no more, he is now Epheoranekrlsem or something. Alarna is now Alaarna and Evmenii is now Evmeni. Also I had to change one of my mules names and I changed it to Airbiscuit. But anyway I mainly wrote this blog to post some pictures. Enjoy! A Hope, A Chance, and an Air Biscuit

Hello again. I blog to you today with the belief that the road ahead is brighter and offers countless possibilities to those who seek to pursue them. Though it is our past that can define us, we cannot find ourselves controlled by our history. For it is in the human spirit that we find an unquenchable desire to rise, grow, and bethevrybest.

It is for these reasons, that I keep my gaze firmly fixed on the horizon. For that is where our dreams manifest, and we must be ever vigilant on our path towards their fruition.

Anyways. Been doing lotsa shit yo. Nyzul, sumoarlimbus, and EXTREME DYNAMIS. First of all, I dropped my Sky LS because Shitgottooreal*. After pwning countless shit up in the heavens, I finally said "Later" (Later means Good-bye in street talk). I pretty much got everything I wanted.

Dynamis has been pretty cool, I guess. Got Corsair Body, and Puppetmaster Body. I will elaborate on the Corsair and Puppetmaster escapades later. But I still haven't gotten my damn DNC legs. I MEAN COME ON. THEY'RE PANTS FOR DANCERS. THOSE HAVE TO BE LIKE... ABUNDANT OR SOME SHIT. Anyway, we tried to kill Dynamis Lord (The Lord of Dynamis) the other day, but pretty much failed. He pretty much queefed on us and we all fell down in a bloody mess. We got him to 17% or some shit but we still failed.

Limbus has been aight (That's slang for All Right). I am first in line for Nashira Seraweels. (:D)
I upgraded my Black Mage Hat to +1 status and shit.

Nyzul has been pretty cool. Got denali hands and askar buuts. Shawn unlocked Mystic Poon and has been sexually harassing mobs ever since.

Been leveling Corsair and Pup with Jason and Christine. (She wants to bethevrybest) Jason named his puppetmaster Drille, and somehow is able to throw galaxies at things. Its pretty amazing. I'm mostly playing Corsair atm, mostly. Throwing my dice like a true gangsta ("Gangsta's" are generally people of ethnic origin [White, Black, or 4] who are generally "hip" and "trendy" but also partake of mostly illegal things, mostly).
